Internet access for temporary visitors should not be too difficult. There are lots of shops around the main train station.

Downtown and in the outskirts check for sidestreets where you may find telephone shops.

Wireless LAN can be a little bit more tricky. Not all pubs offer this. But Starbucks and other coffee outlets should.
